How do I return an item?

Do We Accept Returns?

Our goal is make sure our customers are 100% satisfied, we realize this may not always be the case.
*You may return any unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 3 calendar days of receiving the merchandise.

Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
• within 3 calendar days of the delivery date (after 3 days no returns are allowed)
• must not be a special order or a custom order
• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 3 days noted in that item's particular item description.


Customers with returns will be responsible for shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee may apply.

What Do You Include With Your Return?
A copy of original sales receipt must accompany returns. If any of this is not included, we will not be able to process your return so please make sure to include all information requested.

If an item needs to be exchanged please return the original items and place a new order.
